Tell us a little bit about yourself and your journey, please;

I am a techpreneur, a doting father and a dreamer. I started my journey with a dream to make it big in this competitive world and leave a legacy behind as a brand that the world remembers.

Please Provide a brief overview of your product & Services?

We are into Offshore Software Development Services and cater to the needs of businesses that wish to automate their business workflow. That’s exactly why our tagline says “Articulate Business with Code”. It’s basically ensuring the business working with same processes but giving a tangent of technology to achieve an exponential growth.

Team ANSI BYTECODE

What inspired you to build the above Product & Service?

Being a Gujarati, business has always been in my DNA. I have been brought up seeing my father working tirelessly for years to manage his business in a disciplined manner to provide a good life to his family. Apart from that, my initial interest on how computer software worked led me to later convert it into passion. Having a good experience and exposure in the industry for a decade, it was my inner calling to take a plunge into the arena and make a name for myself and follow my father’s footsteps there onwards.

How did you find the industry / niche you are in?

It was the decade that I spend with the industry leaders after my formal post-graduation studies in one of the pioneer institutes of Ahmedabad “Department Of Computer Science, Gujarat University.” My education allowed me to identify the niche of this industry that matches my capabilities.

What is Your life Mantra?

As simple as “Learn and Earn”

The most challenging part of your journey till date and how did you Overcome those challenges?

The biggest challenge I faced was managing people and their expectations. Code can be managed or googled but people and their expectation are hard to decode here. This is true for both clients as well as employees. Apart from this, the supersonic speed of the technology is another challenge that our industry is facing as becoming obsolete in market is something that keeps everyone on their toes. Overcoming these challenges don’t have a single medicine and they need to be dealt with case to case basis.

How did you manage your life and work during Lockdown caused by COVID 19?

I feel lucky to be in this industry that has been least impacted by the lockdown with the right infrastructure in place. Work from home initiated from the word “go” and it is same as working from office.

What is your source of motivation for the day when you wake up?

The innocent face of my daughter keeps me motivated all the day. Apart from that few motivational quotes and videos keeps me kicking.

Money or Emotions, what comes first for you?

Emotions as I do consider money to be a subset of emotions.

How do you Manage your stress?

Playing with my daughter and family is my best stress buster. Apart from this, off late I have started reading books to manage my stress. I also indulge in technical reading as a part and parcel of my daily life.

What according to you are keys to success?

3D’s are the keys i.e. Dedication, Determination and Development (Self)

What Online Apps/tools do you use the most and Why?

Many; few of them are listed here,

  • Zoom
  • WhatsApp
  • SkypeTeams
  • Outlook
  • Spreadsheets
  • G Drive
  • One Notes and Stick Notes

What habit you think, makes you more productive?

Reading – I read somewhere that reading gives you a separate perspective to each scenario. It enhances the visualisation capabilities of a person.

Your business Goals / plans for next 3 years?

Leading Ansi ByteCode LLP to the next level with doubling the current capacity in terms of clients as well as resources. We have recently achieved one of our major organizational goal of being a Microsoft Gold Partner and now looking towards achieving other accolades and colorful feathers to our hat.

Share a quote that inspires you the most.

“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”  It’s always good to take Risks – calculated Risks.

Your advice for the Aspiring Entrepreneurs.

Learn and Earn is the best advice I can share with the budding entrepreneurs as its always better to understand what you are willing to do. This allows them to excel in whatever they choose to do.
